White Pine Villas Townhomes were built beginning in 1998 on 10 acres (total grounds of 22 acres).

There are eight two-unit townhomes - each slightly different from the other. 

Our community, supported by our Board of Directors puts in their time and energy, the results speak for themselves.

White Pine Villas is governed by the MN Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA) - Minnesota Statutes Chapter 515B.3-101.

MCIOA became law June 1, 1994.  515B governs Common Interest Communities (CIC) - this includes townhome associations, condos, and cooperatives.
